While the job they did is good I was given the impression from the original survey that the work would come with some sort of guarantee which I have now been informed it does not. Had the epoxy DPM and new screed method done for £3000. Total time spent to do the job was 5-6 hours and was one guy doing 1- 1.5 hours a day for the first 2 days putting down the epoxy then around 2-3 hours putting down the screed. Materials for this job come to well under £1000. The man who did the work was professional and couldn't fault him at all but if I'd have known there was no guarantee I could have done this my self and been £2000 better off. Service: Flooring
