We had a longstanding pipe leak which lead to some rotten joists in our kitchen ceiling. They replaced a section of the upstairs hallway floor, three joists, treated the remaining joists and replastered the kitchen ceiling. I couldn't find a local builder who was willing to do the work so I looked for a specialist. The only downside was the cost was higher than I would have liked/expected BUT you get what you pay for. Every stage of the process was clearly explained and documents which explained the process were provided and were clear and professional. Everyone arrived when they said they would, the workmen were efficient, the work was done to a high standard and they cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again if the need arose.

Allerton Damp Proofing have just finished work at my house and have done a brilliant job. The whole experience from start to finish was really easy and efficient, from Jordan doing the initial survey all the work was done in under a week. This is despite me discovering I had rotten floorboards in the lounge while moving furniture for the work to be done, which they investigated, quoted for and replaced as well as doing the original work. Kev, Derek and Lloyd were really efficient, professional and tidy and even cleaned up at the end. I'm very happy with the work and won't hesitate to recommend Allerton in future. Thank you.

Considering the amount of mess that I envisaged for this work, Kevin & Martin prepared my home by covering floors & walkways & furniture as needed so minimizing mess & disruption. We have just had Allerton Damp Proofing complete damp proofing work on two of our walls in our living room and we are extremely pleased with both the service and professional work carried out. I was particularly impressed with how hard they worked even wiping and moping up the mess afterwards, including the kitchen floor which is next door to the living room. If I'm honest I get really nervous prior to any workmen coming round as I am quite particular especially on big jobs but from the first morning I felt really comfortable knowing they would do a great job.

Thank you to Allerton Damp Proofing for doing a great job of the damp areas in my house. Communication was great, the areas that required a different remedy we're explained and the finished works shows how professional their staff complete a job. Disruption to the house was minimal, a good clean was done at the end of each working day - and the day the work was complete, a mop was the last item they packed in their van. I've already recommended Alldamp to a lady in South Kirkby. The family are visiting my house tomorrow to have a look at the finished work.
