    To whom it may concern. We have been dealing with Allerton for many years now and have always found them most knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I rang the company on Friday afternoon to report that the pump on our septic tank was not working and the tank was overflowing. They kindly told me that they would send an engineer out on Monday to resolve the problem. His name is Daytan Holland and he has just left after fitting a new pump and solving the problem. My husband and I were amazed by his professional knowledge and amazing customer service. Even more impressive is the fact that he is unbelievably only 18 years of age!     I was looking for a new company to service our Klargester pump station and contacted Allerton's after looking online despite the fact that we live in Northampton and the company is based Sleaford, Lincs, although they do confirm that they will travel within the UK. I spoke to Aaron who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and following our conversation I was happy to arrange a service there and then for a week later. Two of Allerton's team turned up on the agreed date and time and they were very helpful and informative and duly serviced our pump. I was very happy and satisfied with the service and the cost and I would have no hesitation in recommending Allerton's in the future and I will of course continue to use them myself in the meantime for future services of our pump station.
