Terrible council and terrible service. Had a trade bin with the council for 4 years no problems, they then started to miss collections blaming things to be in the way so one night before collection date I moved bin out into space to be collected, still no collection same excuse. Asked to look at CCTV from lorry said you couldn't see. No help whatsoever even asked could they come collect next day to reply not unless you pay extra . What a Joke. Iv paid for at least 4 extra pickups for same excuse but really I'd say they can't be arsed to come and collect. Useless

Hopelessly impossible to get to communicate with the right person / department, resulting in monumental time wasting and chronic inefficiency. Tragic. When you do speak to someone, they've invariably "thrown the towel in."
