Just someone narrating the book (which I had already read) although very stilted and difficult to listen to. The mispronounced words were off putting too (will power was pronounced as wall parr at least 40 times although she pronounced the word ‘will’ properly many others times when not followed by power…) I dozed off several times, and was so annoyed that I’d wasted the money.

6 months later and I haven’t smoked a cigarette after the seminar. That morning I was sure I belong in to the 5% of people who haven’t manage to quit after the course, but I would attend anyway, since the course was online and then I could even claim my money back. My advice to anyone who might be thinking of booking a seminar, is that you book it in advance for few weeks later and that is because you’ll never feel ready enough to quit smoking the next day or so. I also want to mention that no, it isn’t magic. It’s not that you don’t have the need to smoke from one day to the other. You do want to smoke, you do feel the need for nicotine, but you’re so mentally strong and you can manage!!! I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you!

I have just passed my one year anniversary from quitting smoking! I was slightly dubious going to the Allen Carr seminar last year but from that day till now I have not picked up a cigarette or even wanted too! I was a smoker for 40 years. I just wish I had gone years ago!
