Despite the ongoing construction work nearby, it hasn't been a major issue and hasn't significantly affected my stay. Used to live here with my sister… disgusting hygiene…. Dogs urine and droppings left in corridors and lifts….. mice seen running around the lounge. No response or action taken from management. No response from emails ever from Laurence and Annie specifically. Would not recommend!

The staff and management are extremely sweet, facilities like gym and common areas are clean 24 hours with free Wi-Fi. All pictures online are identical to what’s provided. (My letting agent was Annabelle Kelly, if she’s available I’d highly recommend you go with her).
