Horrendous company. If you want to learn the honest truth about this company please visit indeed employee reviews. Very sly and weird company, they keep changing their name whenever they get back reviews instead of changing their management or actually sorting out issues. They now fall under CALLCARE247. They overwork and underpay ALL staff, disgusting contract they make you sign which means you owe them money if you leave in the first 6 months (only reason they’ve got staff because everybody leaves after 6 months 😂😂) except the people who literally can’t get a job elsewhere. Considering he’s worth 80 million and boasts about it all the time, you’d think he’d pay part timers their full wages on time. After reading up about the CEO it seems he opens businesses with his family money, runs them into the ground, then starts again under a new company name.

I worked for this company and they were so unsupportive. I had been in hospital due to having sepsis and my mum had called to tell them that I wouldn’t be available to work for this reason. When I did come back to work they terminated my contract stating that I went “AWOL” although they claim to record the calls. Clearly they missed the recording of my mums call that day.
