the whole place smells like mould, need a serious refurb, how can the employees even work there- isn’t this a health and safety risk for them? Charlotte is sweet and helpful, however this morning seemed stressed as her cooworker was due and walked in after opening time not even apologising to her for putting her in such position. There were 8 customers waiting to be served and 1 left due to lack of staff. Whoever is the manager please support your employees and do something with the mould smell.

Trying to call for my elderly Aunt who is hard of hearing untold times on 7/9/22 only for the phone to be cut off each time😡 I then visited the shop on the Thursday and actually witnessed the phone ringing n the assistant cut the phone off. I queried this n the other assistant said we are busy. There was 5/6 ppl working n not one person could answer the phone. It doesnt take 2 seconds to answer the phone and say can you bare with us a moment or day that to the customers as they can see whats going on where as on the phone you cant.

Worst pharmacy. Very long awaiting time ALWAYS, 80% of the prescriptions are out of stock and they won’t order it until you physically come and ask for that, seems like to have just prescription is not enough. It has to be changed, people are tired of that!!

First time ever I have needed to order anything from a pharmacy over the phone and it was a super easy experience. I needed a pulse oximeter and the pharmacy not only had one in stock but they delivered it in minutes. Very impressive service.
