Interim Service. Failed to switch of the service light, saying that the car wouldn't allow this as I should have had a full service. This was obviously a lie. At my insistence they were miraculously able switch of the service light. Acouple of days later I noticed that the car had an oil leak, which I suspected was coming from a poorly fitted oil filter. I was asked to take the car back to them in about ten days and they would check it. No time was specified. To cut a long story short, they refused to check the fault. It is very to me that Allcars are a very shoddy operation and should be avoided. I would certainly not trust them to work on any of my cars in the future.

Out of my experience from this place is that they dont test drive the car before the work or after they finish the job because of that i had to take my car back because they havent fixed it properly. Its good price but ive had my complications there

Avoid at all costs, they changed a clutch for my daughter, it was poorly fitted and had an oil leak which caused the clutch to judder, they tried to fob her off by saying it's because it's a three cylinder engine and was common, hopefully they will get it right the second time, new clutch being fitted tomorrow
