Purchased 1,850 pound scooter for my elderly father. However after delivery he did not have confidence to use it. The scooter has never left the lounge room..I called To ask if I could return the scooter to be told by a young lady they did not take them back and We should put it on eBay or similar. After recent visits to various mobility agents I have been told that it’s only worth 400.00 second hand. The best service to take an elderly’s money but no support or compassion after delivery.
