Asked for trousers to have waist reduced, tapered and shortened legs. They did not shorten the legs and they say we did not ask them to when we did. He priced for all 3 jobs. £60 and now he wants us to pay to have them shortened. No thanks, going somewhere else and never doing business here again.

I’m absolutely delighted with the alterations to my wedding dresses. I had the ceremony dress shortened and I had the evening party dress embellished. I wanted to have something special to make my dress unique so I bought some feather boas and Carmen hand stitched to the hem of my dress. It looked amazing and made it move so beautifully when I was dancing. I got so many nice comments about it.
