    We purchased our washing machine the first weekend of May (6th/7th). The salesman was very friendly and informative and the showroom was spotless with a huge range of stock on display. Quite a good range with good prices. However, this is was the end of our happy experience. After paying and agreeing to delivery date of the 15th, we left the store happy and content. 15th and 16th came and went. On the 17th we contacted All Your Appliances (AYA) who stated they did not have any delivery date for our machine on their system. Thought it was a bit strange, but they assured us they would deliver it today (17th). We received a phone call 30 minutes prior to delivery which was very convenient as to ensure you would be in. It was dropped off in the afternoon, and we unpackaged it the next day (18th) only to find the waste pipe completely snapped in half. We contacted AYA and raised the issue. They could not collect same day and due to our holiday could not collect until Monday the following week (22nd). We had no communication as to what time they would be collecting it, it was lucky we were in when the driver turned up to collect. He remarked that it was strange that they were taking the whole machine away just to change the plastic pipe and we agreed but let him go on his way. He let us know it would be back with us within 24 hours. Today (23rd) it got to around 2pm and still no contact from AYA as to when it would be delivered back to us, so we had to reach out yet again to AYA to see if it would indeed be delivered by 3pm. They confirmed it had been fixed but were unsure if it would be returned to us today or tomorrow, which was a little confusing as from my viewpoint they should know where the item is? It was thankfully delivered 2 hours later at roughly 4pm. Overall, if I’d had known it would have been this much hassle I would never have bought from them. Communication was poor as I had to keep reaching out to them to find out about my purchase status. I’m grateful the machine is currently working as I imagine the returns process would be a lot more tedious and stressful. I am confident I would not use this company again nor recommend them.

    I bought a Stoves Range as a grade 1, with the description stating that there were just a few cosmetic scratch marks on the side. However the oven's doors would not close properly so I called out the Stoves Engineer. He advised that the cooker was very badly damaged and completely out of line. It cannot be fixed. The oven doors had had extra washers added so it would close, so someone knew the problem was not just a few scratches. I have been trying for days now to get a full refund and for the broken range to be collected but to no avail. I have spent much time and effort getting the cooker in place, a plumber attaching the gas, contacting Stoves and waiting for the engineer, and now worrying about the £1800 I have wasted and having an oven that I cannot use properly. Really disappointing experience.
