This review relates to the website and not the quality of the e bike. As can be seen below the bike is described as 2023. When received the bike was unboxed and built leaving most of the protective cardboard etc., on the frame to ensure no damage , scraping was caused. It was only when I removed the cardboard covering the seat tube that I realized that the bike was 2022. When this was pointed out to ATC a small discount was offered. The website description of the bike was very misleading to say the least and the explanation given by ATC staff not really satisfactory.
