I’m giving this place 5 stars because I booked it for a fab night of karaoke and that’s what I got. We didn’t eat anything but the beers were nice and the song selection was everything we wanted. The staff were really friendly and even gave us extra time at karaoke. Thank you!

If you ever want to experience the worst customer service, look no further. Waited 15min for a menu and then the waitress threw them on the table and sped off mumbling some instructions… after going after her as we couldn’t understand what she said, i found her doing stretches behind the bar with two others watching and laughing and just could not be bothered to speak with us. How rude of me to expect the staff to actually serve us There were only 5 tables with customers so not a busy evening

I recently had the pleasure of visiting All Star Lanes for lunch, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed every dish that we ordered. We started off with the Margherita Pizza, which was the perfect combination of tangy tomato sauce, gooey mozzarella cheese, and crispy crust. It was cooked to perfection and tasted like it was straight out of Italy. Next up were the Chilli Cheese Fries, which were simply divine. The fries were crispy, the chilli was spicy, and the cheese was melted to perfection. We also tried the Classic Mac n Cheese, which was creamy, cheesy, and oh so comforting. It was the perfect side dish to complement our other orders. Lastly, we tried the Buffalo Cauli Wings, which were a revelation. They were crispy, spicy, and just the right amount of tangy. They were the perfect vegetarian option and were a great addition to our meal. The staff at All Star Lanes were absolutely wonderful, especially our waitress who was polite, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. She was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was exceptional. The restaurant itself has a great ambiance, with a fun and vibrant decor that made us feel like we were in a retro bowling alley. Overall, I would highly recommend All Star Lanes on Ariel Way, London W12 7FU. The food was amazing, the staff were fantastic, and the overall experience was one that we will never forget. I cannot wait to return and try out more of their menu items!

unfortunately i visited this place on last Saturday, we were group of 7 people , booked a ally for bowling, but the experience was horrible, the staff were rude and unprofessional. if you want to spoil your evening and bowling experience i recommend you this place Definitely a 0 star.
