Editing my review as this past year, Allspares has been totally unusable. Im not sure if they're getting very busy or what, but when Ive rang (a few times this year) the staff haven't got the time of day to speak to you. Most recently I spoke to 2 different people (to find out if they had a 2008 passat in) who asked the same question 4 times and just told me to "come see what we have". Staff have been very dismissive every time Ive spoken to them recently. I run a business and don't have the time to just come down and see if they have what my customers need. I'll just use ebay instead from now on and recommend others do too. I've stopped advising my customers to buy from there as a few of them have complained about rude staff.

Absolute scumbag of a manager lost out on 100 quid for two tyres. Asked what his lowest price was and he started arguing that we was being difficult and bartering with no respect.....what else would you expect your a scrap yard with used parts. He highly offended my father who in the end said no thanks not using you. Ignorant and arrogant "manager" with no people skills and confrontational. If I could have put zero stars I would have. Tall bald bloke is a waste of space and breath. Would be in good taste to realise your a car graveyard and your little kingdom depends on customers returning. Loud mouthed bully with probably a really small member.
