Used these about 3 years ago. Decided to get some more so wanted to go back. Waste of time. Visited the shop but there was a notice saying appointments only. Fair enough but I expect to be able to discuss or book in person. Doesn’t say this on the website. So, I sent them a message explaining what I wanted and asked for a booking. A week later…nothing. Rule 1 in business is look after your customer (or potential customer). Will go elsewhere.

I was very happy with artist service provided but after last expirience my opinion about the studio itself dramatically dropped... As per another review, booked for August, due to covid rescheduled for October - only after I contacted them to find out what is going on - no one get in touch with me. First said yes it is still the day you booked it with us so I got 1 day off holiday at work , after few h conversation ( on and off) studio found date in October for me. I deleted social media account and that's when contact with studio got really difficult. No replying to the emails, no answering the phone. On Google says they are temporarily closed but on email ( got back to me after few weeks) said they are open as usual. Obviously didn't get the money back from deposit cos policy is as it is never their fault... Apparently artist doesn't work for studio anymore so I shouldn't put this comment but hey we do have freedom of speach still don't we 😂. Unfortunately will never go back and won't recommend to my friends.
