I am over the moon with the work that James carried out for me. He always responded to emails, turned up on time and completed the work in the time scale quoted. I am most impressed by the after service that James provided, an issue arose with the decking and driveway and James came out to see me the very next day and put the issue right. I was quoted for and paid for a two man one day job. When the two workers arrived it became apparent that they were briefed the job would be just for the morning as they were keen to leave after 3 hours. The levelling job was very basic- no levelling lines or levelling planks used. James did not seem concerned when I contacted. Disappointed
