    Great evening was had by all at the Writtle Scout and Guiding Carol service. Belted out some great carols and there were some excellent readings from all branches of the movement.

    Old, quaint and historic feel and a lovely setting for the annual Christmas Tree festival. This involved original contributions from the local community. Good fun and very creative. Added to this were refreshments, raffle, Craft Fair and an elf hunt ! Great way to get into the old festive spirit!
