EDIT : well a few months on now from my review below and with a recall class, weekly dog club and a one to one under our belts we just want to say a huge, huge thank you to Jen, Sam and Rick. Milo is making such good progress. Still a lot to learn for both of us but I’m so proud of him. I couldn’t have done it without you all though because I wouldn’t have known where to start. Reflecting on 6 weeks training with Milo on the beginners course I feel I understand far better how to help him do well in various situations thanks to Rick’s clear and engaging explanations. We are definitely a ‘work in progress’ but we will get there. Looking forward to doing more with the team. Thank you!

When we got our puppy from the dogs trust one of their recommendations was training with an accredited trainer. Being new to the area we didn’t know anyone who could suggest anywhere so took to google. After looking at a few we decided to try All Positive Dog Services. And boy are we glad we did. Bentley has done his puppy social, beginners course , bronze sniffers and is signed up for his intermediate training soon. Rick, Sam and the team are amazing. We were told beagles were virtually untrainable by many people but they have given us the confidence to prove otherwise. Also they tailor what works to your specific dog. Bentley loves coming, gets lots of fuss as they genuinely care about each individual dog. Not only that we have had invaluable advice about diet for him and also they are always on hand with any behaviour queries we have. I cannot say enough good stuff about them. Five stars is not enough!

What an amazing company and service they provide!! I have done puppy training with them for both my dogs, as well as level 2 and 3. They are very patient, kind and care about both you and your dog. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t trust any other trainers!

We have not long finished socialising classes with our pup. Sam was great and really knowledgeable. We really got a good understanding with how to introduce him to new things and to dogs when the time is right to do that. Learnt lot about body language in dogs too, what to look out for. So helpful.

We would highly recommend All Positive Behaviour Services. We were unable to leave our cockapoo Hugo at home by himself for any length of time. He would bark and become very distressed, so we stopped going out, or had to rely on dog sitters. Rick was so supportive. He listened to our difficulties and created a positive behaviour programme to help Hugo learn to be alone and feel relaxed. Following Rick's guidance, Hugo developed confidence to stay at home alone for increasing amounts of time and can now be left for over five hours. This has made such a massive difference to our lives. Rick has also provided guidance on Hugo's behaviour including practical sessions in the community.

A friendly, knowledgeable, team with heaps of experience. We have completed pup training, level 1 dog training, scent work, tricks training and now attend dog club. It has been great to have someone to turn to ask questions. Poppy has responded to the training really well and as a result is a pleasure to handle. She loves the trick work!
