Have purchased a couple of aquarium filters and other kit over the last four years. Most of this has worked absolutely perfectly and represents excellent value for money. I have had a bit of an issue with the latest filter I bought (the EF2000), but APS' team, particularly Emily, have been stalwart in persevering to resolve the issue and leave me satisfied. Can only recommend!

I own several All Pond Solutions Hang On Back filters. They are the type with UV. They do an amazing job at keeping the water crystal clear in my shrimp tanks. Delivery has been fast and safe, when I have needed spares (new UV bulbs) they have arrived quickly and safely. Whenever I have had technical questions their staff have been quick to provide solutions... usually within an hour or two. Emily has been awesome every time I have contacted them. Highly recommended! Never have phones on. Sub standard products. Arrived broken, and now I have to drop item off even though I don't drive and the box is taller than me Of course, if I could speak to somebody or they'd bother to reply then I could try an alternative but why would a company answer phones and care about customers Edit - how can I email when I already messaged you last week through Amazon and heard nothing back. And your phone's are a joke. I finally got somebody to drop it off at a parcel point for me. You cannot turn this into a positive, you're way beyond that. I emailed Katie and have heard nothing back. Turning a negative into a positive isn't going so well. I did however receive a reply to the ticket I logged a week ago, asking me to tell them what the problem was - IT'S IN THE TICKET!! My favourite part of it all is her colleague replying TODAY telling that Katie is on annual leave and will sort it next week. As you can see from her reply today, she asked me to email her! These people are con artists.
