FAQ

What are the different types of pet cremation services you offer?

At All Pets At Peace, we offer two types of pet cremation services: communal cremation and individual cremation. With communal cremation, multiple pets are cremated together and the ashes are not returned to the owner. With individual cremation, your pet is cremated alone and their ashes are returned to you.

Can I witness the cremation process or visit the crematory?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pet owners to witness the cremation process or visit the crematory. Our priority is to provide a respectful and private service for both the pet and their owner.

Can you provide me with a certificate of cremation for my pet?

Yes, we provide a certificate of cremation for every pet that we cremate. This certificate includes your pet's name, the date of cremation, and a statement confirming that the ashes you receive are those of your beloved pet.

How do you ensure that only my pet's remains are returned to me after cremation?

We take several precautions to ensure that only your pet's remains are returned to you after cremation. Each pet is assigned a unique identification number that stays with them throughout the entire process. We also carefully label and track the ashes throughout the cremation and return process.

Do you offer any additional services such as pet urns or memorialization options?

Yes, we offer a variety of additional services including pet urns, memorialization options, and keepsake jewelry. You can view our full range of options on our website or by speaking with one of our compassionate staff members.

My son came to you a few years ago, when his beloved dog died. It was so beautiful and peaceful how everything is done. It was a great help.

This was the best experience I could ever have asked for at such a difficult time. Everything is spotless. You can see everything you want to see from the process. He's respectful of your pet. The transparency is amazing. Brian is phenomenal at helping you through it all. I'll be bringing every other pet (other than the horses) to Brian when it is their time. And I've already recommended him to people. You will have zero regrets. Eternally grateful.

My fiancee and I visited in 2018 with our beloved dog, Ollie. Her death wasn't a shock but it still broke us. Everything at All Pets At Peace was so peaceful and calm. I was able to hug and cry and say goodbye to my best friend one more time. We then waited for her ashes and gosh, the lovely couple who started this were so lovely and put me at ease. We took her ashes home, and I even got a print of her paws to remember her by. They made grieving a lot easier knowing how well they looked after ym dog. I couldn't recommend them enough if anyone finds themselves in this unfortunate positionn

I’ve been a few times now with my hamsters, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Provides closure to get near enough 100% of their ashes and the little touches Brian provides such as a name certificate with a small bit of all the colourings of the fur. Thank you for looking after Bonnie, Minnie and Hattie and treating them with respect x

It was traumatic to lose our beloved dog, but Brian made a difficult day more bearable, for which we are very grateful. We found it comforting to know that she was treated with care and that she was the only dog there. Brian was very compassionate and took the time to explain the process and all the options for the ashes. We found the photo frame a much nicer alternative to an urn. Very highly recommended.

Friday 23rd September 2022 our hearts were broken when we had to say goodbye to our 14 year old cocker spaniel Eddie. We went to see Brian a few days before for a chat and straight away from driving up the drive we knew this was the right place for us. He made us laugh, made us cry, but most of all took care of Eddie with love and compassion, we couldn't have asked for more.

My friends family dog had passed away today unfortunately & they decided to contact pets at peace they dropped there pet off and then decided that wasn’t there choice and wanted too take him home to bury him on there OWN land and he’s was so rude and was rough handling there beloved pet (chucked him into the car) seemed he was bothered about one thing I would re think about using this pets at peace.

I think it’s only fair to begin by speaking honestly from the heart. What Brian can’t do and will be the first to admit himself, is take away or lessen the raw heartache and sorrow you feel at this dark and horrendous time of your life/lives as pet parents. The pain will remain long after your visit to Willow Farm and depending on at what stage of individual grief you are at it will most likely get worse. It is after all the price we pay for love. Nothing can stop that pain not even time. What will happen when you honour your loved one with the only true, guaranteed individual cremation available is a warm and comforting blanket of love and a knowing that you are giving your pet something incredibly special. Beneath his undoubtedly unique and, at time’s unorthodox wit, is Brian’s obvious dedication to giving every animal that passes through his hands the most sacred and peaceful farewell imaginable matched only by the genuine warmth, trust and hospitality, and transparency. In our own experience we were let down by a pet undertaker we initially went to, but thankfully realised this before any ceremony took place enabling us to ‘rescue’ our beloved little girl and take her the 400+ mile round trip to Willow Farm. We considered it one final adventure with Ozzie and it goes down as one of our proudest moments as pet parents. Ozzie always deserved the best of everything we could afford and her final journey was no exception. We phoned Brian 9pm the night before without warning having only found his website moments before. Naturally we were anxious and stressed but Brian answered and welcomed us the next day. His calm, compassionate and laid back attitude was overwhelmingly humbling - as though he was waiting for our call. He saved us from a quality of service that unfortunately many pet owners endure often without knowing until it’s too late. Always trust your gut. We did. You can see as little or as much of the service as you wish and will feel as though you and your pet are the only ones in the world. It is not surprising that pet owners from all over Europe and Great Britain flock to this little slice of heaven in the Yorkshire countryside. You will find no sales pitch, no cold hurriedness to the service you receive. Although prices are very modest and reasonable, you will soon find within minutes of arriving that you have made the right decision and realise every penny is worth it. You’ll be treated to a magical space far from anywhere surrounded by a garden of tributes to past visitors and if you’re lucky you might even see a rainbow. We did. Finally let me stress, don’t go spoiling the tranquility of Willow Farm by shouting from the rooftops. Share it with those those pet parents and families wanting to treat their babies to the best - this is unique and special and not for everyone. Respect that and it will remain truly the closest you and your pet will be to heaven on earth. Thank you for everything Brian. 🙏🏼💖 Parents to Ozzie Ward From Hampshire
