Mixed review here. I ordered for a funeral and a wedding so quite a decent sized order. Delivery all good and on time. One item on my order was missing, chrysanthemum heads fell off when I was making up a bouquet but the remaining flowers in my order were perfect and lasted very well. Contacted Danny at All Occasions who was on holiday but on his return I was refunded for the missing and damaged flowers plus a small good will gesture.

phone number is just a voicemail; orchids delivered were in very poor condition, and due to the rubbish DPD driver, they were also delivered upside down and so totally trashed. AVOID.

The flowers were left on my doorstep after opening the box I wished they had been stolen . Absolutely disgusting should be ashamed. These were for Mothers day want a refund ,they were broken and not worth the money .

Ordered 9-12 morning slot (came right in the middle at about 11am), came in good condition by DPD who are usually the better courier service out there. The flowers were as described and the handover was easy. The only thing I might say is that some system for Sunday deliveries would be ideal (I know the markets aren't conducive to this). Danny was very helpful when I contacted him to ask questions and told me the process of how the flowers shipped. Not sure what happened with some of the other reviewers but I had a really positive experience with this place and the fact that they do wholesale for small-medium private businesses makes them a stand out of the crowd service. Well done! 👍
