Ordered a cab. Turned up 35 minutes late. Wasn’t at agreed point. Left after 3 minutes. Customer service adviser had an attitude. It was apparently my fault. Offered to pay for the driver to return but was apparently too far after 1 minute. Don’t use. Useless. I had to walk 5 miles home. Hardly acceptable.

Zero stars really. Only booked this company twice but both times they were late without any notice. Absolutely useless. I get that there’s traffic but to not even warn you? Ruined my night out as had a train to catch which I just about made but couldn’t drink cause of this. Thought everyone was worth a second chance as first time this happened was two years ago but after this definitely not.

AVOID ! TERRIBLE SERVICE, WELL NO SERVICE AT ALL ! Phoned the operator around 8 am today to book a taxi for 8:40 am to go hospital for a 9 o’clock appointment and then I’ve been told on the phone no problem see you soon. Around 8:45 am there was no sign of the taxi so I phoned back and the operator told me we was busy as it was a school run don’t have any taxis available at the moment should have booked day in advance!
