Ordered part for mower which was supposed to be 24hr delivery. Allowed extra day for bank holiday but part didn’t show. Several emails, minimum response, finally asked for a refund which I believe I got promptly as paid via PayPal! If I’d read reviews I would of thought twice about ordering from here! Why sell parts if you can’t be bothered to send them out! Mind boggles! 🤷♀️

Very Disappointing result Mower drive belt with specfic parts number ordered. Slow to dispatch the item Very slow delivery--postage not paid so had to pay and retrieve from Royal Mail, causing extra delay. belt did not fit, probably due to incorrct one being sent Phone calls for help not answered

Speaking as I find, item delivery as promised with pre-delivery email advising the same. On a subsequent matter, emails received prompt attention which addressed the issue appropriately. Unannounced personal visit to the office found excellent service and resolution. No complaints; and would recommend accordingly.

Amazing that a mail order company can post the wrong product to a customer without actually paying any postage. Just wrap it up, stick the recipient's address on it and send it, then muggins the customer will have to pay for delivery. "Free postage" their website says - ignore that. Dreadful customer service as well. Paid for the part on 19th April, got one response to my emails chasing it up and asking for a refund after I'd bought the part from elsewhere. It's finally arrived on 3rd May after I paid the postage charge, knowing full well I'd never get a refund. Avoid this bunch of jokers like the plague. Did I mention also that they sent the wrong part?

Terrible service, still haven’t received the item I ordered, when I contacted them they said it had been sent out with Royal Mail & then when I contacted them again they asked if I had given them the right address which I then sent to them again, after sending 2 more emails (no reply) avoid 🤬

Mower part not received after two and a half weeks. Only automated email reply saying they had despatched it to royal mail and no response on the phone. Very poor service.

Very disappointed with ‘allmowerpart’ I ordered a chainsaw part on the 2 April received an email on the 3 April saying dispatched and still not received or had any further info on the 12 April. Sent two emails and not had reply’s. Tried to call went straight to hold music and then cut off each time I tried. Don’t know if this is a scam set up?
