DO NOT USE!! Terrible experience, will never use again. Ordered concrete for a small footing that was calculated at 1.5m, lads said half way through the meterage was already over 2.5m. Was happy to pay the extra even though it was more than estimated… Half was paid on the card over the phone with the Warrington office and the other half paid cash to the lads. The next morning the office took an unauthorised payment meaning I’d now paid an extra 50%. Countless phone calls and emails with the company and it seems to be getting nowhere. I can only assume that cash went “missing” by the lads in the van and the office has charged me extra instead of confronting their lads about it. A paying customer should never have to suffer because a company’s employees are stealing from them. Untrustworthy employees and unorganised management. Steer clear of using this company. NOT RECOMENDED, I ordered concrete delivery, 2 times. First time, on wednesday, it was ok, they left everything clean. Second time, on friday, it seems that the weekend was too tempting, since they left terrible mess (concrete leftovers all over the garden, pavement and street) and didnt clean it. Moreover, they hastly poured all the concrete in one place, even though I asked to put it in 3 different spots. When I tried to discuss about it, they threatended me with penalties.
