I have tried to book an appointment and no response on call as well no availability on website. May i know if i directly visit the centre do they take my turn in check ups? Or without online appointment then don't ? Sometimes i feel india is far far far better then this so called developed country🤣 In india even poorest person can afford medical cost which here medalclass has the dream only.

Never experienced such appalling customer service. I called in waiting 2 hours and was told to call at 8.30 the following day. I called from 8.25 on one phone and 8.30 on another. I was first in the queue and they answered 30 minutes late only to tell me there is nothing they can do I called too late and there are no appointments. When i asked the woman on the phone why no one answered for 30 minutes .... otherwise I would have an appointment. She said some gibberish around how I might want to look at other stuff and not pick up the phone and hung up the phone.
