    Bad managment. Cab arrived 30 minutes late and as we are with baby it was very inconvenient but it wasn't even the worst part. Driver and person at the phone gave two different versions on the reason for delay, anyway.. When my husband politely requested a small discount due to the issue of delay, the person dealing with the service by phone not only has denied of giving any customer service aknowledgment of the inconvenience, but also been told to my husband either we were going to pay the money established days before the trip or we could keep the money and they were going to call the police. It is an unacceptable way of dealing with customer service, why should be mentioned to call the police as a first approach ? Why won't aknowledge in any way a client who is a regular and is having not a good experience with the service? There are variety of possibilities to understand a customer by giving a good service and this was extremely out of the standard way. If the company is not keen on giving discount then should at least opt for some effort with finding other solutions and certainly not be so keen on troubling a respectable family mentioning calling the police against us. If we were thinking of not paying for the service, we would have not even politely requested a discount. My family also uses this service every time they come to visit us but we will certainly ensure it won't happen again. Not recommended at all.

    I'll never use this cab service again. I booked them for a specific time for a trip from the airport for my wife, baby and myself. When we landed, I called them to make sure they were on their way and I've been told they're stuck in traffic due to an accident but they'll be there. Fine. I call them again once we're out of the airport and they're still stuck in traffic so I check maps and I can see there's actually no traffic but we still decided to wait. I also said on the phone that due to this I'm expecting a discount. I've also been called by the owner saying the driver is late due to traffic because of the railway strike so they're versions weren't even matching. The driver arrived 30 minutes late. Fine. At the end of the journey I said I'd pay 10 or 5 pounds less as a discount for having to wait. The driver calls the owner and the owner says why would he give me a discount and I either pay what he said initially or I can keep my money and he'll call the police. Nice customer service. No wonder they have 2.6 stars at the time of my review.
