This pharmacy are absolutely incredible. I’ve recently been diagnosed with Crohn’s after a 3 month hospital stay, and because my consultant needs to apply for funding for treatment, I am currently on temporary medication which is prescribed week by week for the pain etc. Even though my discharge notes are fairly clear, my GP surgery (Aegis, horrific) manage to mess up my prescription every single week without fail, even if they put it on batch. I constantly get told incorrect information or that things have been done when they haven’t by the surgery. As I suffer from health anxiety and the pain I was in during hosp was unbearable, you can imagine it’s quite a concern for me when things go wrong. But every single staff member at All Cures has always shown me so much patience and kindness, and gone over and above in so many ways to help me manage the issues. I’ve lost count of the amount of times they have helped me rectify an issue not caused by them. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
