They do not answer the phones, message been on answerphone since Covid 2020, you have to leave a message ect, they do not have curtsy to call you back, been trying to get hold of them since Oct 2021 about a washing machine. Do not pay the £199 for repair or replace, waste of money, they had to replace a hooverwasher dryer under the insurance, eventually they did during Covid, but to my dismay it was a Bush delivered from Argos in May 2021and it broke down in Oct 2021, been trying since then to contact them for a purchase order number so Argos can repair it under the guarantee but to no avail, still waiting for a return call to messages.... Given up now, have to now buy a new machine....Do not pay use this company unless you want to waste £199 for a service you have to fight to get if your lucky enough to speak to someone....
