    On collecting my vehicle it looked and smelt amazing, I noticed the engine was hot and so was the inside of the car. I needed to ask for paper for the floor to prevent dirtying the freshly cleaned rugs. I noticed on driving home the heater was on hot and the fan was on max, I then presumed the heater had been used to try to dry out the carpets. On arriving home the paper was wet and so was the top rugs and underneath carpet. I took the top rugs out to take in the house while the main carpet in the car dried out. The next day the car carpet was still very damp so I phoned the Chester branch to inform them I wasnt happy with the very damp carpets. I was told their fan was broken so they used my heater in the car with the engine left running to dry the carpets out. I wasnt offered a solution and was told that they would inform the boss. I find it hard to believe that a professional outfit like "All American Hand Car Wash" would put damp carpets on top of damp carpets, this would only lead to mould and bad smells developing.They really should have a professional carpet cleaner for this job that leave the carpets dry for the customer to use the vehicle after valeting. I'm hoping this review will help the company solve this issue because everything else looks great. In addition to my review, I needed to bring my carpets in the house to dry out, it took three days and then I saw the result of of what I paid for shampoo of the carpets. I'm not saw how they got so wet but I went over them myself with a carpet cleaner the photos are the result. Services: Car waxing, Vacuuming, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Polishing

    I’ve been using these guys for years now, they are absolutely fantastic. Always do a really good job and the prices are fantastic. Some of the staff have been here for many years too (I sometimes joke that the have a sleeping bag in the office because they are ALWAYS there when I randomly show up). Due to this being a shared site, they sometimes have to turn people away at the back of the queue, as the queue cannot interfere with the other business - so if they are busy you can’t always queue up and wait, sometimes you need to go back when the queue has died down. I’ve also had full valet with them for an old car being sold and it was absolutely pristine when finished.
