We booked our wedding and honeymoon trip to Las Vegas, San Francisco and Cancun with Juan at All About Tailor-made Travel in 2019. With Covid and then having a serious health condition, it was delayed by three years. Juan was fantastic and rebooked everything for us. The communication was fantastic and it really helped take any stress factors out. The trip itself was amazing: locations, accommodations and facilities was everything we asked for. Juan’s knowledge of each of the locations was invaluable and we made so many lifelong memories, from biking across the Golden Gate Bridge, visiting Chichen Itza and swimming in beautiful Cenotes. We waited three years for this trip and I am so glad and grateful that we booked through All About Tailor-made Travel. I would 100% recommend them and will be booking all our next holidays/travel plans with them!

Juan provided us with multiple quotes, and was always extremely quick to respond to questions. He is very knowledgeable, and was able to make great recommendations. He was very helpful in rechecking prices, trying to obtain the best holiday which meet our requirements, and the best price within our budget. Nothing felt like too much, and he was so patient. We did obtain alternative quotes, these didn't give the flexibility to visit the islands we wanted to see, and would have been more expensive. I was a little hesitant to try a different travel agent, but I was so glad that we did! All about Tailor made travel will be my choice of travel agent now! This is a review of my partner and I who had a fantastic trip to Jordan two weeks ago. All about tailor made travel organised a fantastic trip with special locations which made almost every day a special experience. After landing in Amman, the following morning we started with a private driver a whole day journey to Petra. Along the way, we stopped in historically amazing locations where incredible sites from the antiquities were seen – old churches, monuments, a castle and the Dana biosphere views. And to top up the arrival in Petra, the hotel provided us with a gorgeous roof top with a pool, hot tub, and amazing sunset views. The two-day experience in Petra left us speechless – together with the gorgeous hotel we felt like in heaven. Next two-day stop was in Wadi Rum, and this is another gem of a place. It felt like we were in desert heaven, and we tried all the attractions offered i.e., Stargazing, Camel ride and the Jeep tour. Last but definitely not least, the trip ended in two more days at the Dead Sea in a beautiful hotel. We did not want to end the holiday and wished we could continue discovering new locations and more Jordan food.

We had an idea of places to visit in Japan (Hiroshima/Kyoto/Osaka/Kanazawa/Tokyo) and All About Tailor-made Travel did arrange all transportation, secured best hotels in best locations and organised local guides in all cities. We saw and learned so much and thanks to their planning skills, we even had time on our last day to head out and see Mount Fuji. This could not have been a better trip and we will certainly use All About Tailor-made Travel again.

We used Juan to book our honeymoon and we honestly couldn’t recommend him enough. We’d never been to Cuba or Mexico before but Juan’s local knowledge meant we stayed in beautiful hotels, ate in fantastic restaurants and saw the best sights throughout the trip. Throughout the booking process we asked for multiple quotes and nothing was ever too much hassle. Juan was always quick to respond and we really felt like he wanted our business. We got a couple of different quotes for comparison and Juan was consistently the cheapest to the point that we couldn’t book the same trip for any less if we booked everything separately ourselves. The reassurance that a relatively complicated trip was all booked through a single point of contact gave us huge peace of mind after all the travel disruption during and after Covid. While we were away, Juan was always on hand to help - either by email or WhatsApp - and gave us genuinely unparalleled service throughout. I can’t recommend All About Tailor Made Travel enough. Juan is brilliant at his job and a pleasure to deal with too. Without a doubt, we’ll be back in touch for our next trip.
