Paid for installation at £150 delivery drivers came said they cant install it due to pipes in the ground but said its no problem we can just send some different lads next week to glue it down I thought ok cool no problem. Got an Email few days later saying they can come and glue it down its going to cost another £150. Unbelievable behaviour didn't do the job the first time want to charge me double installation fee. First time using this company I have several business with safes will avoid in future for the pure cheek of trying to charge me double for installation.

Promised a lot delivered less. I was promised on the basis of their 15 years of experience in the safe business a smooth and happy transaction. what I received was a damaged safe and eventually a replacement with instructions impossible to follow, A sales department that did not respond to e-mails. No tracking information on either delivery and no follow up. If it had not been for Jacqui in accounts this would have been far worse. They sell, other companies supply, but it is still All About Safes responsibility to deal with customer. I have now spoken to the Director (or All About Safes) and he assures me that lessons have been leaned from this sale about instructions (the need for better ones), responsibility of supply (i.e. them as the seller), logistics (ensuring suppliers use reputable couriers) and communicationbe willing On this basis I would recommend them in future.

I approached 6 companies to provide a quote for the installation of safe. All About Safes were the ONLY company to come back with a detailed reply. During the whole process, Charlotte took ownership of the job and kept me informed throughout the order process. She was proactive in coming up with alternative options, which ultimately saved me money. On the day of delivery, the installation team were professional and efficient. It was not the easiest of installations with the safe needing to be winched in, however they completed the job well within my expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
