I couldn't fault these guys from start to finish. From the initial enquiry, Hannah was super helpful, friendly and really responsive. It's the first time we've ever done anything like this and Hannah took all the pain out of what could be a really stressful experience. The people that then came to fit and remove the tipis around our event were equally as personable and did not stop once all day, even in the -10 degree weather. The event was incredible and we're now looking for an excuse to have another party and use these guys again. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable, would go out of their way to help anywhere they can and ultimately, the tipis looked unreal for our Christmas party. The tent and interior were absolutely gorgeous, and the team were so helpful helping us get everything exactly how we wanted it. Their communication was a real strong point and the team made the whole experience stress free! They were really flexible and had lots of great ideas for how to make the set up work perfectly on the day. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I used All About Me to provide tipis for our wedding at Delamere Events in 2021. The tipis were excellent and I can't recommend them enough. The tipis created a lovely unique atmosphere and a very picturesque space that everyone who attended our wedding loved. All About Me were very helpful and flexible when it came to organising what we wanted for our day. They allowed us to add and customise things until very late on in the process to ensure that we had everything exactly as we wanted it. Highly recommend.

We booked our tipis in the middle of lockdown… it was a leap of faith, a leap of faith we are so glad we took! They were breathtaking (in our humble opinion!) The open day was so informative, we'd highly recommend it. All About Me were so professional from the initial discussions to erecting and taking the tipis down. Honestly, such a pleasure to have at our home during the site visits and during wedding preparations. Hannah and Sophie were also always at the end of an email, always prompt with their responses and happy to help. They also made us really excited as we emailed backwards and forwards. Thank you so much All About Me for a fuss free, but spectacular wedding venue, and for making celebrating our wedding at home possible! DIOLCH YN FAWR!

Where to begin? Another brilliant service from All about Me - 4 years ago a marquee, and last weekend a Sperry tent. A massive thank you to you, Sam and all your team for a wonderful experience, from the first meeting with you to discuss possibilities through to the build and dismantling - all perfect.’ Please pass on our thanks to Hannah and Sophie for their help in dealing very promptly with all my many queries via emails and phone calls - their support was invaluable and very professional. Now onto the crew - Dan and his team were amazing. They worked tirelessly on the build for over 13 hours , ensuring that everything was just right for our special day., and were just as efficient yesterday with the dismantling of the tent. Please thank them for us. Our weddings are over now, but we will certainly keep on recommending All about Me! As a responsible company hosting wedding and events at Hilton Court we feel compelled to complain on behalf of the wedding couple who booked their wedding at our venue on 3rd of July 2022. Hilton Court has for the last 15years hosted wedding ceremonies on a purposely designed landscaped area overlooking gardens and a lake with a central structure for registered weddings. The central wedding area is a lightly graveled surface with a compacted subbase and aggregate mix professionally designed to facilitate the erection of all types of Wedding Marquees, Tipis, Yurts etc We feel duty bound to highlight the attitude and dogmatic position adopted by Allaboutme Just 36 hours prior to a young couples wedding at our venue. Their management upset the couples plans and wedding arrangements with their uncompromising approach to our site location. Effectively they refused to erect there Tipi on the site stating H@S issues, which we firmly disputed and supported our objections by giving them the following information. 1. Other companies had erected at least 8 times the very same Tipi on the site(see photo) 2. A member of our staff an ex supervisor of an event company ( Element Domes ) who had erected geodesic domes all over the UK and Europe(15 t0 120 meters in diameter) demonstrated that the purposely designed ground was fit for purpose . 3. We also stated if they thought the structures were in anyway unsafe we would offer our assistance and equipment to strap and secure the main pole structures. The equipment consisted of 18 off 1M x 1inch metal stakes and Wacker plus addition straps and ties. 4. We also pointed out the site was protected from winds on all sides by trees and the forecast in Pembrokeshire was set fair. Unfortunately all this good will and compromise was rejected by Dave a member of management of AAM who insisted it had to be on grass. This obviously presented site problems as all the services. Power, water, bar services, domestic waste, greywater waste, recycle waste, disabled toilets were required to be located in a field nearby. Because of this disruption erection time was stretched to over two days which presented a knock on effect of other services and suppliers required by the wedding couple. At this point I would point out that AAM had acquired a company Event-in-a Tent about two years ago and the Tipi they refused to erect on our wedding area was the very same tent they were now refusing to erect even though Event-in-a Tent had erected it on our site many times before. On a positive note. The wedding couple had no choice but accept the new location and have since made light of their disappointment. The farmer agreed we could use the rented field and he would remove the large bales of hay. Everyone supplying services for the wedding gave their support to the wedding couple and pulled out all the stops to make sure they would have a memorial day .On a negative note. Due to the fact other brides to be have booked this company at our venue I will be forced to interface with their management to reach a satisfactory conclusion on future events. In this case the delay meant that the wedding couple could not decorate the TIPI until 4.30pm the day before the wedding. Readers can come to their on conclusion on this feedback as AAM in general get positive feedback.

We literally can not thank you enough! The team, from first communications right through to the tipis being taken down, were unreal! Communication was brilliant! Hannah went through everything we needed for the day and explained the best set ups and combinations for our requirements, and as the big day approached was a reassuring email away for anything we needed! On the day of sept up (I didn’t get the site managers name) the team were unreal! A few little delays meant that they didn’t manage to beat their PB (it was a running joke) but despite that, they were calm, nothing was too much trouble and they worked like machines! I honestly was blown away by the time, effort and energy that goes into the build! Thank you for being the foundations of our special day! We will definitely be recommending you to anyone and everyone who will listen (and if I can get Craig to renew his vows in 10 years time, we will definitely know where to come 🤣)
