Unreliable for dog walking services. I would book my dog in one week in advance as requested but it seems like they would forget to walk my dog. Unsure how many times this occurred. Poor communication with letting me know if there will be any delays when walking my dog or just when replying to any messages in general. It took Adele and her team 18 days to return my house key when I asked for it back and took multiple messages asking for it until I was able to get a response. Also requested images of my dog when on his walks and rarely received any. Would not recommend.

We've taken our dog here for weekly daycare ever since he was a puppy and he absolutely loves it - the staff are incredibly friendly and caring, he loves spending time with other dogs in a safe and contained environment, and he's always knackered for a good day or two afterwards! The grooming is absolutely superb too - we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with this company. Arranged for top-dog to pick up and drop off my dog so he could attend day care while I was at work. However, on 2 separate occasions he was left at home alone for more than 13 hours! I took the first instance as an honest mistake but when asked why he wasn’t picked up the second time I got a reply of they simply forgot. Such a shame, as the staff at the day care are very friendly and can see they love the dogs they look after. However this does not excuse the complete unorganised and frankly negligent pick up and drop off service. I would not recommend.

Ollie Bob's and Reggie have been going to Top Dog for a pamper and full groom for over 3 years now, they were little monkey's when the first arrived but the caring patience of the dedicated staff have calmed them down completely (thank you Paula) 🤩 They are now happy to go for a full groom and pamper. Nothing is too much trouble for the dedicated staff even with short notice Adele and her amazing team are always on hand. I've never seen such a happy environment with such happy furbabies in a daycare unit. Thank you xXx

My pooch Reggie has been going to Top Dog since he was a puppy and he is now three! He literally starts getting excited as we pull into the car park and even for a small dog, pulls me right to the gate, eager to go in, and that’s the same even though he doesn’t attend as regularly as he once did. He always comes back knackered and I know he’s had a great day. The staff are always really friendly and I recommend it to everyone I know with a dog - 2 had signed their dogs up and also rate it highly. Reggie also gets groomed there and he always comes stinking like a cheesy Dorito, leaving smell all gorgeous and looking ever so handsome!
