Fabulous service!!! Called Allison 2 minutes after she had opened to get an emergency dress shortening after being turned down at 4 other places. The response was absolutely fantastic! We had some wonderful Christmas gifts from family and friends, but, as sometimes happens, they needed altering! Alison not only shortened the length on hubby's trousers, she also shortened the cuffed sleeves and made the Green Bay Packers outfit look amazing! My gift from a friend was 4 arm caps for 2 easy chairs, of which I had given my friend who made them, the wrong measurements....shshsh! Alison made them fit perfectly! Super service by Alison. I bought a jacket to wear for my Dad's funeral. I was late in buying it with having other things to deal with. Phoned Alison first thing on the Monday morning explaining my situation & that I needed the sleeves shortening but I was short on time & needed the jacket to ready for the following day. Alison was an absolute star & happily did the alteration for me. Very professional job & a lovely lady hence my 5 stars. Thank you Alison.

We took a jacket in to have the sleeves shortened, on Monday. We were told it would be ready by the Friday. We couldn’t collect it as we. Were away for the weekend, so we went in yesterday to find it had not been done. The lady said she forgot to do it and it would be ready later that day. We had to make a special journey into town and no offer-of a discount for our trouble. Needless to say we wont come here again, very disappointed with the service. Service: Alterations
