I'm from the US visiting the UK with my husband and ran out of clean clothes. Came across this wonderful Launderette with amazing customer service. I had no idea what I was doing in there, and Toni and Alison greeted me warmly and even took card! I had been extremely worried about the payment method since most only take coin. Besides great customer service, we had a nice chat as well. Will return on our next visit for laundry services. 10/10.

This was my 1st time having to use a laundrette and what a pleasant experience too. I messaged Alison the night before asking how it all worked and she went through things with and when I got there the following morning Alison helped me sort everything out and how to use the machines too! Her machines are very clean. She went above and beyond to help and we had a lovely chat too i felt very welcomed as a new customer! Very highly recommend I could not thank her enough for the support she gave me as a novice! Thank you again so much and I'm sure I will be back!
