I had a dress that needed repair and I found Alison by web search. From the beginning she was professional, knowledgable and most importantly, honest and transparent about costs and timescales. When I dropped my dress off I met another satisfied customer who had just collected her dress so this was a good sign for me. Alison was very quick with the repair and I collected a fully functional dress that was better than new a couple of days later. Fantastic service. I am very happy and highly recommend this business. She is also very quick to communicate which really does take some of the stress out of organising things. Thanks Alison!
