Today I phoned the practice and waited 1hour and 40 minutes before it was answered! Its always the same you either can't get through or your phoning continuesly. I haven't been able to see a doctor let alone speak to one. Its not the same place I remember when I first joined . Its gradually went down hill and not getting any better! I'm now looking to change from this health centre.

Don't waste your time, more chance of a lottery win than anyone from this practice actually answering a phone. Total disgrace!!! 1 star is being polite

Honestly the worst practice ever! I’ve been trying to get a hold of them this morning with no luck whatsoever. I’ve called 146 times and called bang on 8:30am and no one will pick up the phone!! This happens to me all the time and when I eventually get through to someone, they say they can’t help me and put the phone down and tell me I should’ve called at 8:30 that morning and just continue to get me to call back.

Sadly I have to agree with a lot of the reviews. The whole system for seeing a GP is appalling. I have however had to see Sandra the Practice nurse regularly. She has been very professional and welcoming throughout lockdown etc. If the Practice Nurse can do face to face appointments during Covid then why can't GPs??? I was in yesterday and it was like a ghost town upstairs. Come on its time things got back to normal. People are suffering because of these ridiculous protocols.

Please spare a thought for the Doctors and Staff who on a daily basis try to care for us during very stressing times. They certainly don't do their job for the money as they get pitence , they do it because they CARE about each and everyone of us. So be patience and courteous we are All in this together.❤

As I'm quite aware of the COVID epidemic and how it is effecting us all and that" NHS workers including receptionist are under a lot of pressure and strain" but for the life of me I know I'm not in the environment but for a. 30-60 second call that was a simple enough request the receptionist (not all) was abrupt, inconsiderate & certainly not pleasant for a doctor's surgery.
