Needed to hire "The Beast" bushcutter to hack down some 5ft brambles. Staff super helpful. They could've told me I needed half the shop. I wouldn't have known, not being at all interested in gardening. Instead, they directed me to the tool needed. Hassle free sign up, shown how to start - it was petrol. No mucking about with 2 stroke as already filled & good to go. Quality kit , so no problems. Cannot thank guys enough. Back later for chainsaw and wood shredder to tackle hedges once birds finish nesting! 5☆ guys. Would deffo recommend!!

I set up an account (v easy) with Alide in Bristol. Alex, the assistant manager was very helpful, friendly and efficient. I was quoted a very competitive price for hiring a stump grinder, and it was delivered the following morning, by another very helpful Alide employee. In the end the final bill was even less than I had expected. All in all, a great company, great staff, great grinder and great value. Five stars.
