What is the check-in/check-out process?

Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Guests can check-in at our front desk where they will receive their key and information about their stay. Upon check-out, guests can simply leave their keys in their cottage and depart.

What is the cancellation policy for cottage rentals?

We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or changes to reservations. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the check-in date, the first night's rental fee will be charged to the guest.

Are pets allowed in the cottages?
