We've hired bikes from Alice Holt bike hire a few times and every time the service and experience has been excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly with getting our toddler set up. Alice Holt is a beautiful place to ride so all round its a great way to spend a few hours. Will definitely be coming back.

Our favourite way to spend a Sunday is on the bike in Alice Holt. The forest is amazingly kept, the terrain is exciting for my son to navigate the paths, and with electric, gear or a trailer bike, there is so much choice. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be returning soon.

The bike hire was easy, great bikes for me (with baby seat) and teenager. Hassle free hire and set up (including seat adjustments), free bike helmets for all of us including a 1 year old baby, though at £20 for an hour plus £8 parking and a bite to eat for hungry teenager we won’t be able to do it often. Over and above the bike hire, the person who helped us was actually unbelievably helpful with an ongoing issue I mentioned I had with my bike wheel (hence us hiring not bringing our own on the day). He offered advice and then because I had the wheel with me he offered to have a look at it whilst we were off riding. Long story short, and 2 inner tubes and a new tyre later my issues were fixed for free, I just paid for the tyre and tube! That was really going above and beyond and has got me back on my own bike after several months of issues with exploding inner tubes. Thank you so much!
