I order on a regular basis or used to but after the fiasco today of both there web site and google stating they where open at 12:00 and due to work me needing to order something I placed my order. Then I check email after 45 mins thinking what's the delivery time to see 15:45. I check they still say open so I phone - o answer, I get in car thinking they might be busy and delivery does not start till later to pick up my lunch. Get to shop its open and rudely told shop closed till 14:00. I pay for parking and wait till they finally open doors only to be rudely again told its not there problem the web site and google opening times incorrect and I have to wait. Since I used to regularly order from them and treated so badly I will not use them again and also as family just got back from a few months abroad tell them and all there and out friends not to use them. A simple sorry we apologise what can we do rather than why do you want to cancel the lunch time order we will deliver at dinner time would have been enough but nope. In total my £15 kebab cost me two + wasted hours of work + petrol + parking + no lunch Will add this same review to every review web site
