Stay away by all means! Bad bad bad service! My reception outfit came late - ill fitted and too big and baggy with wrong chunni. Kept calling for regular updates and they kept lying or telling me to come week later. Went 3 times every week and still nothing. Had to physically wait in the shop all evening waiting for my outfit and chunni to arrive. Still forced to pay full price. Please please do not shop here for all those future brides as you Do not need that stress!! Literally ruined my wedding experience leading up to my wedding. I had to get it retailored with someone else last min so was very stressful. Very horrible experience and people. Please avoid!!!

Fantastic service. Ordered my mums outfit for my brothers wedding and she was so happy with the end result. They listened to exactly what my mum wanted and delivered in a short amount of time. Ali was so helpful and kept us updated on the progress. Would definitely order from them again.

Stay Away. Dress arrived 2 weeks late with the wrong neckline and wrong scarf. Fitting was not right bag had not even arrived despite everything else being late finishing on the dress was horrible to the point we will have to get it fixed ourself but there was no remorse nor did they care they reordered a new scarf which arrived wrong again. Had a horrible battle yet they still wanted us to pay the remainder 25% of balance despite the full dress being wrong. (you have to pay 75% deposit) DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Stay clear from this store. Absolute cons!! I cannot believe that they would be such liars!! They have been reported to trading standards too. If you are unsure of what to make of the reviews then feel free to check Companies House (Government website). His company Origa previously dissolved due to penalties that he was given by law and had also attended court. He has now changed the companies names and relaunched on May 2018, despite the store actually existing well before this. I ordered a dress that I seen for my wedding In their store. I requested this in different colours and they said I should have the colour samples within 4 weeks. I also put a large amount of deposit down. After 4 weeks I kept ringing to ask if the samples had arrived and they told me that they would be here the following week. The following week came and they didn’t answer their phones, so I went to the shop to which they said they could not find these as another member of staff put them away somewhere. We waited as they said they would look for them, about an hour past and still no sign of my colour swatches. He then offered to drop my swatches off to me in the evening. The evening came and no sign of the swatches. I rang him and told him that I want a refund as you are failing to provide the service you promised to which he said fine. I came to the store the following day and he refused to give me my refund. This was over £1000. Hes just a money made greedy man, despite myself and my mum asking for our refund he refused to provide this. He’s an absolute con and if you require a wedding dress from him I would absolutely stay clear as he will ruin this dream from you!! He cannot make dresses and he has no idea about this industry. He acts nice and as though he will give you exactly what you request..I would not trust them as they conned my money aswel as not even showing the swatches.

Went to collect my outfit today after ordering it. I’ve received it on the exact date they give me and it’s come out perfectly.. the colour and the outfit are amazing. I’ve travelled from Manchester for this outfit and it’s definitely worth a visit to the store. Don’t read the reviews and make your own mind up by visiting because the service and the clothes are amazing
