Have ordered from ali's before but on this occasion the food was very poor. Wraps and pittas were wet and soggy, chips were like cardboard and the chicken was cold. When phoned to talk about it, I was met with a very aggressive tone from the person on the phone, who couldnt care less. Certainly someone who should not be in a customer service position. Will not be returning again!!

First class service tonight. Ordered on Deliveroo and the order arrived on time. However, the order wasn’t right so phoned the restaurant. The lady that answered was lovely, resolved the issue straightaway and was very apologetic. The delivery of the second order arrived very quickly, and was very tasty. Highly recommend Ali’s Kebabs, great customer service and the kebabs are great!
