Fraudulent company please avoid them! They booked us Mecca zamzam pullman but when we arrived they hadn't paid for the room so I had to use my own money to pay, I still haven't got the money back from them! They promised us 4 visas but only gave us 2 and one of those 2 had spelling mistakes. So I had to pay for 2 visas on arrival. Overall I had to pay £1100 extra on top. They also refuse to answer their WhatsApp messages once they've taken your money. Terrible company who shouldn't be allowed to profit from muslims!

Availability and support during the booking process. We had to change a few times the dates, hotel, etc. and we got really quick updates. Khurram Shahzad was always there and available even after the booking and payment. We created our own package instead of selecting standard Umrah packages.

‘Whoever does not thank people has not thanked Allāh.’ I would like to thank AlHaram for making my first Umrah an amazing experience. Iqra gave us the perfect package & a competitive price;she was patient, professional and extremely helpful from the get-go. We had private transport from Jeddah Airport to hotels in Makkah & Madinah, which were near the Haram Alhamdullilāh! Everything agreed upon were provided. MashaAllāh ! I would definitely be using them again soon In Shā Allāh and highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to use them. 5 stars !
