Was highly impressed with these guys at my last visit. Alf changed a tyre by hand using just one lever without denting or scratching my wheel rim. Later he set the valve shims on my Ducati with breathtaking accuracy and attention to detail. Tracy showed me his unerring technique of how to eat spilled roast potatoes off the workshop floor, and how to use a Speedo drive gear as a milling cutter.
