Visited store today for replacement chain for windgoo electric bike. The staff member was arrogant unhelpful and did not have a clue about a simple request. It was too much trouble for him to polite. Very disappointing. Avoid at all costs. Also extremely expensive!!!!

They were brilliant this afternoon whilst mid ride, a pot hole got the better of my bike damaging a couple of spokes, this was whilst carrying my young daughter in her toddler seat that's attached. Bike was very unstable. Stopped at Alfs on way past explained the situation and they fixed it there and then for me, no hesitation just jumped straight on it making sure I was safe riding home with my daughter. In and out within 15 minutes. Cannot fault the service received highly recommended. Thanks again
