I tried Alexandra Sports trainer fitting service on a whim and wish I’d done it sooner. As someone who always suffers from shinsplints and never enjoyed running, I usually get up to about 20 minutes of running before getting bored and quitting after a few weeks. I got fitted just over a month and a half ago, and now with the right trainers, I’ve progressed immensely! Yesterday I just ran 11km which was unthinkable to me a few years back and now training for the Great South Run. Just wanted to say a huge thank you!

Absolutely MAGNIFICENT! I’m a disabled person with mobility problems and I get flustered. I was served by Bryan and am incredibly impressed. He took me from nervous and unsure through a careful assessment of my needs to absolutely the right shoes to help me find stability when I have to walk. I saw him help a young dad with a toddler as well and saw the same level of kindness and care. He is a very impressive and thoughtful young man who clearly understands the products and needs of different people. I’ve seen a similar level of service before in the shop and am happy to recommend them. I hope someone lets Bryan know quite how much his care is appreciated and that he is a great asset to the business and a lovely person. Thank you for all your help.

Was recommended here after persistent foot pain that physio wasn't helping. Booked in for gait analysis (£20/half an hour- refunded from cost of shoes if you purchase) and learnt so much about my feet & walking style. Was recommended a couple of brands for my ultra wide feet, and they are amazingly comfy. Not cheap, but excellent quality trainers and exceptional service. Hopefully my feet (& back) issues will improve, for less tha the cost of 3 physio sessions.
