    I've sent several parcels and packages from here, and it's only recently that I've realised they've been overcharging or ignoring my delivery options very single time. I've asked to send parcels as "Tracked 48" (about £2.70 normally), and I've always been ignored and they've been sent by the most expensive option (Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm - £6.35) which was over £4 more expensive, and what I didn't ask for! I'm sending these as a small business owner and I can't afford to be charged 3 times what I asked for! I also sent a large parcel of books to America, and I was charged almost twice what I should have been! I would use a different post office if there was another one nearby but unfortunately I live in one of the surrounding small villages and this is the closest, but I will be trying to find somewhere else because I quite literally can't afford to go through this every time I send something. In response to reply: It would have been nice for someone to explain this, rather than just being charged for Special Delivery with no explanation as to why, and no one saying, "I'm very sorry but we don't do Tracked 48 in store."

    Have been going here for 9 Months now to do my banking and posting. Chintan is the main person to serve me and he is always smiling and happy to get it done as quickly as possible. He is always smiling and helpful and makes sure everyone's needs are met before he moves onto the next customer. When I come in when it's bus Chintan has noticed I go quite so helps me get out of there as quick as he can while also making sure everything is correct. Whereas when I come in when it's quite he will make conversation with me as he knows I'm comfortable and happy. Definitely would recommend this place!

    Man could not process my ID Verification services, he told me wrong information in the documents, I could not argue with him so I went to Farnborough, Asda Stores post office, there was not any problem with document, all processed okay.
