    I went to this clinic with dental emergency with 3 big dental absesses. Appointment was booked with via 111 as a emergency. So I went there , had to wait 1.5 hrs for my appointment and then when I seen by nurse who took x ray and told me that I need to be seen privately by dentist because I have an emergency, NHS wait is 9 months. I was so desperate that I needed to have a help with dental absesses and I asked her if they can drain the absesses first but she said no and she started offering me to see privately dentist and quoted me 1600£. I though ok I need to a help because I my jaw was getting so swollen and she booked me an appointment with Punit Shah. As soon as I went to reception they charged me 75£ for consultation 1 day before an appointment. I live in the UK for 17 years and never seen anywhere that you have to pay for an appointment 1 day before. After I came home I realise that this was wrong and because first they didn't deal with absesses. So I lost my trust in them,also they put me in danger because my jaw was getting so swollen every hrs and had to be drained ASAP. So I cancelled an appointment and went to to see proper dentist who drained 3 absesses straight away and refereed me to the specialist who save my tooth. This practice is so money orientated twhich was just shocking. Shocking experience

    I genuinely can't thank all of the staff as Alexandra park Dental enough. The receptionist were efficient and polite. The premises clean and bright. I was treated by Nikki, Nick and Mary who were kind, professional and brilliant. They treated me quickly and with sound and practical advice. The listed to my queries and offered helpful advice and went above and beyond in ensuring I was not in any pain. I left feeling much better than when I went in by their attitude, competence and team work. I will be returning to this practice again.

    I left smiling left like the Cheshire cat! Dr Nickil rebuilt my front top two teeth, albeit temporarily, with skill, precision and care. I had been hiding my smile for an age, and the treatment exceeded my expectations. Thanks to the dental nurse Laxmi too, polite and friendly. Brilliant service! :D
